The Coaching Hampshire & IOW website was created with the following vision:
- To assess the impact of coaching across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
- To raise the quality and professionalism of coaching in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
- To provide a clear career development pathway for coaches.
- To provide the necessary support and training for coaches to reach their goals and provide a quality service.
- To provide Recruiters (Employers/placement providers) with a service to access quality coaching with ease.
- To increase the number of coaching opportunities for those looking to work in coaching.
In pursuit of these aims, we will also make a significant contribution to:
- Increasing the level of participation of people in the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight
- Providing important statistical data to help shape future decisions in Sports Development
